All customers have 30 days from the invoice date of their order to initiate a return for a refund of:

Any item(s) in the order (Unopened Product(s) only). This is a one-time, no questions asked allowance. Any consumable item in the order that you are trying for the first time. This applies to any order that you place. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

You must notify Canada Enzymes Marketing. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be issued. In all cases Canada Enzymes Marketing must be provided with: proper notice, proof of purchase and timely return of the product. In the event of a dispute Canada Enzymes Marketing will determine the facts and attempt to resolve the issue. That resolution will be final and not appealable.

We reserve the right to reject repetitive returns or replacements.

All sales of literature are final and are not refundable.
